MechPro provides the Magic Mist misting system for climate control, Humidification,
dust control, static electricity, cooling, special effects and home use.

cANGO WILDLIFE RANCH
Mist and Fog
special effects greatly enhance the landscape at Cango Wildlife Ranch in
Outshoorn, Western Cape. The mist system was installed to simulate a
forrest like environment. The secondary benefit was to cool the peopled
area. The actual measured benefit for the boma was a reduction in
temperature of 12 degrees celsius against the outside temperature. The dry
hot air in Outshoorn is particularly condusive to misting.

VesuviUs SA
Vesuvius SA is a worldwide leader in developing,
manufacturing and marketing high performance specialty ceramics, refractory
products and control systems for demanding industrial applications.
A Magic Mist Misting system was installed at Vesuvius SA to cool staff
suffering from the radiating heat of the hot fired bricks. Bricks are
stacked under the misting line to speed up the cooling process.

Chefs in motion, johannesburg
Chefs in Motion revolves, as the name suggests, around the Chefs
situated in the centre of the restaurant. This restaurant has a waiting
bar, dining room and sun deck. The sun deck overlooks Lonehill and provides
the perfect area for a misting line to cool patrons while dining or
enjoying sundowners.

Academy brushware
Academy Brushware manufactures the most comprehensive range of
brushware in Southern Africa. The Magic Mist System was installed to cool
staff. Heat is generated during the injection moulding process. The heat is
uncomfortable and tiring which makes it difficult to spend long hours
working there. Staff are thrilled with their new misting system and
productivity has improved noticeably.

harvard cafe
The Harvard Cafe is situated at Rand Airport, in Gauteng. The Magic
Mist system was installed to cool travelers. It enabled the restaurant to
expand its usable area during summer months.

danline
Danline manufactures fibre glass high end baths such as spa baths
for export purposes. The Magic Mist system was installed, under the guidance
of an occupational hygiene consultant, in order to reduce the fibre glass
particles in the air. This was an essential installation for the health of
staff. Furthermore, it eliminated the drift of dust into the glazing
department. Free floating dust damages the glazing and causes rejects.
